This is an update to the old LLC law, as of this writing, that was effective as of January 1, 2017. As of this writing, the two counties with a population over eight hundred thousands persons in Arizona are Maricopa and Pima County. This means that if your statutory agent is located in Pima or Maricopa County a publication is effective by the publication by the Commission in their database and no newspaper advertising is required.
